Questions, sorted.

The things customers ask us most often, with straight answers. If we missed yours, drop us a message.

Buying & payment

Browse the shop, add the trailer you want to your cart, and checkout. You'll fill in billing and shipping details, then receive our banking details for EFT payment. Once your payment reflects, we begin building or preparing your unit for dispatch.

We currently accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) only. After checkout you receive an email with our banking details and a unique order reference. Use that reference when making your transfer so we can match payment quickly.

Yes — the prices listed on each product page are the prices you pay for the standard unit. Custom branding, special features, and delivery costs are quoted separately and added to your order if required.

Standard orders are paid in full upfront. For larger custom orders, we sometimes accept a 50% deposit with the balance payable before dispatch — please contact us to arrange this.

Delivery & collection

Yes — we deliver to all nine provinces. Delivery costs depend on distance and trailer size and are quoted before payment. You're also welcome to collect from our Johannesburg workshop at no charge.

Stock items dispatch within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Custom or made-to-order trailers take 2–6 weeks depending on the build. We'll confirm your timeline in writing once you place your order.

Yes — once your trailer is dispatched, we'll send you tracking details and the contact number of the driver delivering it.

Customisation & specs

Absolutely. We can fit custom equipment (gas points, fryers, sinks, cold rooms, branding, signage), change colours, add livery, and adjust internal layouts. Send us your spec via the contact form and we'll quote.

All our braked trailers are built to comply with South African road regulations and are supplied with the necessary papers for licensing. Smaller unbraked units (under 750kg GVM) follow the relevant lighter-vehicle requirements.

It depends on the trailer's GVM. Smaller cargo and food trailers can be towed by most bakkies and SUVs. Larger units (3,500kg GVM) require a vehicle with a matching tow rating and a Code EB driver's licence. Each product page lists the GVM so you can check.

Warranty & aftersales

Our trailers carry a 12-month structural warranty against manufacturing defects. Components from third-party suppliers (axles, bearings, lights, fridges, etc.) carry their own manufacturer warranties — we hand those over with your unit.

Yes — we service and repair trailers in our Johannesburg workshop, and we ship parts country-wide. Get in touch and we'll sort you out.

We do a full handover inspection on delivery. If something isn't right, flag it before you sign — we'll fix it on the spot or arrange repair within a few days at our cost.
